Tips on using Healy and the MagHealy

Greetings, I'm Dinesh Mishra, serving as the Senior Vice President as an Independent Healy World Member from India. I began utilizing Healy for myself and my family in October 2020 and have advocated for it since October 2020. Presently, I lead a team of thousands of colleagues who are promoting this exceptional product worldwide, with a significant focus on different regions of India (Bharat). As time passed, I noticed that numerous individuals struggle to achieve the desired outcomes due to a lack of knowledge on the correct usage of these devices.


Based on my experience with Healy and MagHealy, along with feedback from my user base of over 10,000 and guidance from Healy World, I am putting few tips on using Healy.


Tip #1 - It is crucial to stay well-hydrated.


It is recommended to consume a minimum of one glass of water before commencing the Healy Program, and another during its operation. Optimal results are achieved when the body is adequately hydrated as frequencies tend to be more effective under these conditions.


Tip #2 - Environment while taking a Healy Program


There is no definitive rule regarding the timing for engaging in Healy Programs. However, incorporating Healy Programs into activities that bring you joy, such as playing a musical instrument, going for a peaceful walk, or practicing meditation, may enhance the effectiveness of the experience


Tip #3 - The Importance of the HealAdvise Analyse App


Research indicates that a majority of Healy users utilize either the Healy 2 App (The Pink App) or the HealAdvise Analyse 2 App (The Blue App). For optimal outcomes, it is recommended to utilize both applications - The Pink App and The Blue App. It is suggested to engage in one to two programs daily from the pink app using wristbands or a coil, at least once "All Healy Program" from the Resonance module, and 2.5 minutes of vibration 4 to 5 times consecutively per day. Enhancing the energy of chakras daily at least once is also considered beneficial. Additionally, the Blue App can be utilized to identify the top programs that are beneficial for your body, which can then be accessed through the pink App.


Tip #4 - Grounding is also necessary


When utilizing Healy programs with dedicated electrodes, it is recommended to allocate a minimum of one hour per day for grounding by remaining barefoot indoors or in the garden.


Tip #5 - Best Protocol for the Healy Coil


When using the Healy Pink App twice a day, it is recommended to alternate between a program with wires and another one with the Healy Coil at 100% Intensity.


Tip #6 - Less is more


It is a common misconception that individuals with more health issues require a greater number of programs, however, this is not necessarily the case. The Healy IMF (Wristband) offers programs that operate in three modes - real-time, Resonance, and Selection - which cater to the specific frequencies needed by the body. Therefore, even if one undergoes fewer programs per day, the desired results can still be achieved. It is advisable not to hastily opt for more programs per day, but rather to select the most suitable program via Blue App, approach it with a positive mindset, and allow the body the necessary time to undergo healing and self-repair.
