Healy's Learning Programs: Memory, Concentration and Exam Days
The nine programs in Healy's Learning group, the difference between systemic and acute versions, and a simple study-week routine.
Did you spot the mistake in this sentence sentence? If you did, your focus is doing well. If not, you’re in good company: concentration is easily pulled in many directions.
Healy’s Learning group (Healy Evolve and up) is themed around memory, concentration, exams and the stress that comes with learning. Learning goes best when it’s relaxed and even enjoyable, and the programs are designed to support that state.
The nine programs
| Program | Type | About | Accessory |
|---|---|---|---|
| Learning syst. | Systemic | 57 min | Bracelets or Coil |
| Learning acute | Acute | 20 min | Ear clips |
| Memory | Systemic | 79 min | Bracelets or Coil |
| Concentration syst. | Systemic | 57 min | Bracelets or Coil |
| Concentration acute | Acute | 20 min | Ear clips |
| Exam syst. | Systemic | 57 min | Bracelets or Coil |
| Exam acute | Acute | 30 min | Ear clips |
| Stress syst. | Systemic | 57 min | Bracelets or Coil |
| Stress acute | Acute | 30 min | Ear clips |
Systemic programs are longer and run on the wrist bracelets or the Healy Coil, so you can wear them while studying. Acute programs are shorter and use the ear clips, useful before an exam or a demanding session.
A simple study-week routine
- Morning: a systemic program such as Concentration while you start your study block.
- Exam days: an acute program, such as Exam acute, before you leave home.
- Evening: a Sleep program to wind down; a rested brain learns better.
Keep to two or three programs a day, and pair them with good habits: focused study blocks, breaks, water, movement and early nights.
Healy programs are designed to support wellbeing; they are not medical applications. Program names are as they appear in the app and are not statements concerning their effects.
